Passion for meat, commitment to excellence – Our reason to be
Quality and merchandise control have always been our fundamental priority and have helped us define our way of working and thus achieve market recognition.
We work with a quality protocol that requires no less than 24 differentiated control procedures, 36 quality records and a person responsible for each of the actions that must be carried out.
We have the mechanisms to be able to specify the traceability of the product, that is, the path taken from the live animal to the final product that leaves the company. The basic premise to achieve this is the passion for quality.
Work and quality have been key to achieving challenges such as European approval in 1987, or, more recently (May 2011), the IFS and BRC certifications with the highest ratings.
