Carlos Colomer, we are a family-run company with more than 50 years of experience in the meat sector. Founded in 1972 by Carlos Colomer i Plana, it is located in an unbeatable setting in the town of Sant Feliu de Pallerols (Girona). We are dedicated to the quartering and marketing of select meats, working hand in hand with local producers to guarantee the freshness and traceability of each piece.
