Carlos Colomer, S.A. is a family business. Founded in 1972 by Carles Colomer i Plana, it is located in an unbeatable setting in the town of Sant Feliu de Pallerols (Girona).

With over 50 years of experience in the meat industry, we specialize in beef butchering, with lean meats for the meat processing industry and garments for the Horeca industry being our flagship products.
Over the years, we’ve perfected our work, creating custom products and providing pre- and post-sales service to adapt to an increasingly demanding market.
Demanding standards have always defined our daily work, oriented toward success in both the domestic and international markets. The latter accounts for more than 70% of our turnover.
The company develops an annual investment plan to ensure the continuous improvement of its facilities and technology: computer-controlled cold storage rooms with an alarm system to detect irregularities, and a coded storage system on shelves with explicit, individualized information for each pallet.
