In our quartering plant we work under the most demanding standards in terms of quality, food safety and animal welfare in all our processes, in order to offer safe, healthy and top quality products.
We are backed by IFS and BRC certifications, which guarantee compliance with the highest standards in food safety and process control. We also have the Welfare Quality certificate, which guarantees respect and care for animal welfare, as well as the ecological production certificate, which ensures sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.
In addition, our facilities are approved for export to several international markets, among which stand out Canada, Japan, Vietnam and the Philippines, among others. This homologation reflects our constant commitment to excellence and the trust of our clients worldwide.
Quality and control of our products have always been our fundamental priority and have helped us to define our way of working and, in this way, gain market recognition.
We work with a quality protocol that requires no less than 24 different control procedures, 36 quality records and a person responsible for each of the actions that must be carried out.
We have the mechanisms to be able to specify the traceability of the product, that is, the path traveled from the time the animal lives until the final product leaves the company. The basic premise for obtaining it is a passion for quality.
Work and quality have been key to meeting challenges such as European homologation in 1987, or, more recently (May 2011), the IFS and BRC certifications with the highest qualifications.
